| Inter-District Cricket Tournament Held at Nyoma Under National Sports Day 2026 | | and Youth Engagement Month | 
Nyoma, September 27 (Scoop News)-As part of the celebrations of National Sports Day 2026 and Youth Engagement Month, the Department of Youth Services and Sports, UT Ladakh, is organising an Inter-District Cricket Tournament at Nyoma from September 26 to 29, 2026.
Three matches were played today, witnessing enthusiastic participation from cricket teams representing different districts of UT Ladakh.
In the first match, Kargil defeated Nubra by 10 wickets. In the second match, Sham defeated Leh by 43 runs, while in the third match, Changthang defeated Zanskar by 6 wickets.
The tournament is aimed at promoting sports participation, youth engagement, team spirit and healthy competition among young athletes across UT Ladakh.
