| District administration clarifies facts on PMAY-G/AwaasPlus 2.0 cases in Poonch | | | Poonch, June 21 (Scoop News)- In response to concerns raised over the status of PMAY-G and AwaasPlus 2.0 cases in district Poonch, the correct facts are placed on record.
Under PMAY-G, 49,258 cases were sanctioned up to FY 2023-24 under the SECC and AwaasPlus categories. Subsequently, a survey was conducted under AwaasPlus 2.0 across the district to identify eligible households left out of previous surveys, during which 55,698 cases were surveyed; 8,961 under Self Survey and 46,737 under Assisted Survey.
Following the survey, a verification process was undertaken at various levels to ensure only genuinely eligible beneficiaries are considered under the scheme. Of these, 11,540 cases ... |
