| DC Kishtwar finalises arrangements for Shri Sarthal Devi Ji Yatra 2026 | | | Kishtwar, July 13 (Scoop News)-Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pankaj Kumar Sharma today presided over a meeting with the district heads of line departments and representatives of religious organisations to finalise arrangements for the Shri Sarthal Devi Ji Yatra 2026.
The Shri Sarthal Devi Ji Management Council informed the Chair that the annual Yatra, dedicated to Shri Ashtadashbhuja Mata Sarthal Devi Ji, will be held from July 21 to 23, 2026. The Shobha Yatra will commence from Gauri Shankar Mandir, Sarkoot, towards Shri Sarthal Devi Ji Temple at around 2 pm on July 21, 2026, after conclusion of the Hawan (religious ceremony) and Puran Aahuti (offering).

The legal notice has been issued through advocate Parimoksh Seth on instructions of Bharatiya Janata Party through Sat Paul Sharma, which has called upon Omar Abdullah to issue an unconditional public apology in writing within 7 days for making false, baseless, and defamatory allegations against the BJP on 11th July 2026.
It has been mentioned in the legal notice that Omar Abdullah has deliberately and intentionally made false allegations to tarnish the image of the BJP IN THE EYES OF PUBLIC.
