Kargil,January 01 (Scoop News)- A two-day district-level capacity building training programme on Own Source Revenue (OSR) was successfully conducted on 29th and 30th December 2025 at Hotel Zojila Residency, Kargil, under the Revamped Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA).
The programme was organized as per the directions of Shri Syed Sajjad Qadri (JKAS), Director Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Institutions, UT Ladakh.
