Sat Sharma, Rajeev, Ashwani inaugurates CT Scan facility at Kamla Hospital, Bishnah

Bishnah, September 06 (Scoop News)-J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma (CA), along with MLA Bishnah Rajeev Bhagat, former MLA Ashwani Sharma, District Prabhari Rajinder Singh Chib, District President Rinku Choudhary, SC Morcha President Dharminder Kumar, Kisan Morcha President Rakesh Pant and other senior leaders, inaugurated a modern CT Scan facility at Kamla Hospital, Bishnah.

Sat Sharma, speaking on the occasion, said that bringing advanced diagnostic services closer to rural and semi-urban populations is essential for ensuring accessible and affordable healthcare. He appreciated the Kamla Hospital management for introducing the CT Scan facility, stating that patients from Bishnah and adjoining areas would no longer have to travel to Jammu or other distant locations for important diagnostic investigations.

“Healthcare facilities must reach the people, not remain confined to major cities. The introduction of a CT Scan facility at Bishnah is a meaningful step towards strengthening local healthcare infrastructure and reducing the burden on patients and their families,” Sat Sharma said.

Sat Sharma also appreciated the hospital management headed by Bharat Bhushan and Anuj for extending special care and concessions to poor and needy patients. He welcomed its commitment to provide special discounts and dedicated care for CT Scan investigations to economically weaker patients, particularly on his advice.

Rajeev Bhagat said that the addition of the CT Scan facility would significantly improve the healthcare ecosystem of Bishnah and surrounding villages. He said that timely diagnosis plays a crucial role in effective treatment and expressed confidence that the facility would prove especially beneficial for people who face difficulties travelling to Jammu for medical investigations.

Ashwani Sharma said that the inauguration reflects the growing availability of modern healthcare facilities in Bishnah. He appreciated the hospital management for continuously expanding its services and giving special consideration to poor and needy sections of society. He said that strengthening diagnostic infrastructure locally would save patients both valuable time and expenditure.

A large number of local residents, social workers, public representatives and prominent personalities attended the inauguration.
