| BMS celebrated its Foundation day with enthusiasm | |
Jammu ,July 23 (Scoop News)- BMS units across the state celebrated its foundation day with enthusiasm on the eve of BMS 72TH years of its foundation day celebration with the mission and Journey toward the welfare of working class with the mission nation first, at unit level Puja was held at Kishtwar, Reasi, Udhampur,and Kathua. At Acharya Shri Chandra Collage of Medical Sciences and Hospital (ASCOMS) Sidra Jammu Hundreds of employees participated under the banner of Ascoms Employees Welfare Association (AEWA) and Halwa Parsad was distributed among the employees and others, state BMS also celebrated the foundation day on the eve of BMS 72TH foundation day at its office. BMS today have presence in every nook and corner of the country having more than two cores membership and BMS today represent working class in all statuary bodies as well as represent Bharat in ILO. while addressing the gathering Ashok Choudhary said that BMS fallow ideology of non political character and dedication of thousands of selfless Karyakarta,s and principal of nation first have achieved this goal. BMS started its working Jammu Kashmir way back in 1975 and today BMS is the largest labour organization in Jammu Kashmir having more than 35 affiliated unions in its fold
Harbans Choudhary said that new labour codes have been implemented by the central Govt. but on numbers of issues our suggestions and objections were not considered and now BMS planning to file PIL in the Supreme court and same is the position of Jammu and Kashmir Govt as in I.R Code Rules numbers of objections / suggestion were given but no any meeting was called or discussion was held and unilaterally notified the rules against the principals
