Teli highlighted the Omar led Government is committed to the welfare


Samba, April 16 (Scoop News)- As part of his ongoing public outreach programme, Abdul Gani Teli, Chairman of the JKNC OBC Cell, presided over a workers’ meeting at Bari Brahmna in Samba district.



A large number of local residents and party workers participated in the meeting and raised various grievances and day-to-day issues. The meeting was organized by Puran Chand Ex-chairman Municipality and Rakesh Bamotora Senior Vice President District Samba OBC Cell. Teli gave a patient hearing to the concerns voiced by the people and assured them that all genuine problems would be addressed in a timely and effective manner.



Speaking on the occasion, Teli highlighted that the Omar Abdullah-led government is committed to the welfare and development of all sections of society, particularly marginalized and backward communities. He reiterated that the government is working with dedication to ensure equitable growth and justice for all.



Emphasizing the importance of organizational strength, Teli called for unity among the OBC community and party workers. He urged the party workers to gear up for upcoming Panchayat and ULB elections.



During the interaction, members of the public also raised the demand for a one- time OBC Certificate, similar to the provision available for Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Scheduled Castes (SC). Teli acknowledged the demand and assured that it would be taken into consideration.



The meeting concluded with renewed enthusiasm among the workers and a collective resolve to work for the betterment of the people and the strengthening of the party.
