JKPCC has welcomed court order of bail of Udey Bhanu Chib
Truth will triumph, fight for democracy ,rule of law to continue- Karra


Jammu February 28 (Scoop News)-JKPCC President Shri Tariq Hameed Karra has welcomed the Hon'ble Court order grantung bail to IYC President Udey Bhanu Chib and has said that truth shall trump & our fight for democracy shall continue.

Reacting to order of bail for Udey Bhanu Chib, denying plea for extension of his police detention ,Shri Karra said that his arrest was unjustified & anti democratic and aimed at crushing every peaceful ,non violent voice of dissent in the country.

He said that Modi government is getting frustrated due to exposures on multiple fronts by Congress party and LOP Shri Rahul Gandhi, and resoting to authoritarianism to crush every voice against his government.
He said that the fight for democracy shall continue and the rule of law shall prevail and truth shall triumph,he added.
He said that Congress fought against the colonial rulers and gave countless sacrifices to free India and establish democracy in the country to give voice to every citizen to express dissent through democratic means.
When the intrests of country and countrymen especially the farmers ,fruit growers and others is compromised,it is the right and duty of Congress party and other democratic forces to fight for genuine issues of public. The Congress party is determined to to fight for safeguarding democratic values and the constitution, he added.

US President Donald Trump is imposing & forcing decisions and dictating terms to India under pressure, which is unacceptable and Congress will raise strong voice over this, in democratic ways.

Senior leaders of Congress party have welcomed the development and expressed full faith in the judicial system to protect the rights of peaceful citizens.
