Bishnah,February 17 (Scoop News)-J&K BJP spokesperson Rajni Sethi demanded Strictest legal action and a fast-track trial, ensuring swift justice and exemplary punishment to deter such heinous crimes in future. She was addressing the media persons, after meeting with the victim’s family at Bishnah.
Rajni Sethi said, “The heinous crime committed against a three-and-a-half-year-old innocent girl in Bishnah has shaken the entire Jammu & Kashmir. This is not just the pain of one family, but a deep wound on the conscience of society. The land that is known as the city of temples, where young girls are worshipped as goddesses during Navratras, today stands ashamed by such a horrific and unacceptable act.”
Today, I, Rajni Sethi, BJP Spokesperson, visited Bishnah and met the victim’s family. Seeing the condition of the child brought tears to my eyes. Daughters belong to all of us; their dignity, safety, and protection are a collective responsibility of society.
The family has clearly demanded capital punishment for the accused.
Today at Bishnah, I addressed a press conference condemning the heinous crime against an innocent girl child and strongly demanded police ensure a fast-track investigation and strictest punishment to deliver swift justice.
We have urged the police administration to complete all legal formalities at the earliest and file the charge sheet promptly so that the accused receives the strictest possible punishment. Nothing less than the death penalty will be acceptable.
Along with State SC Morcha member Meena Kumari ji, OBC Morcha representatives, and local party workers, we addressed a press conference and strongly demanded swift legal action. A clear message must go out to society that anyone who commits such a crime against a child will not be spared under any circumstances.
We have full faith that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the safety of children remains a top priority, and strict action will be ensured in such criminals.
Society must also become more vigilant and sensitive. Protecting our daughters is our collective duty. There is only one message for the guilty — the law will act firmly, and they will face the harshest possible punishment.
