Wednesday session saw trainees transition from initial curiosity to active command, delving deeper into foundational skiing techniques. Under expert guidance, they honed balance control, practiced fluid snow movement, and mastered essential turning methods. Paramount to the day’s curriculum was a rigorous focus on safety with comprehensive drills in physical conditioning, structured warm-ups, and proactive injury prevention fostering a secure and empowering learning environment.
