| Hakeem Yaseen Pays Tribute to Late Socio-Political Figure Ghulam Hassan Joo | |
Srinagar, January 07 (Scoop News)- President of the People’s Democratic Front (PDF) and former minister, Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen, on Wednesday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the passing of Ghulam Hassan Joo of Dabipora, Khansahib, who passed away after a brief illness.
In his condolence message, Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen described the demise of Ghulam Hassan Joo as a great personal loss and an irreparable void for the people of the area. He said that Joo was a respected socio-political figure who devoted his life to public service and the welfare of society, earning admiration and respect across political and social divides.
Hakeem said that the late Ghulam Hassan Joo was known for his humility, honesty and unwavering commitment to the betterment of his community. “He played an important role in addressing local issues and remained closely connected with the people at the grassroots level. His contributions towards social harmony and public welfare will always be remembered,” he said.
The PDF President conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. “May Almighty Allah grant Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul and give patience, strength and courage to the family, relatives and well-wishers to bear this irreparable loss,” he said.
He also prayed that the family is blessed with fortitude to overcome this difficult time and urged the people of the area to remember the late leader’s contributions by continuing to work for unity, peace and social welfare.
