| Pipping ceremony held at District Police Lines Awantipora | |
Srinagar, December 26 (Scoop News)- A pipping ceremony was held at the District Police Lines (DPL) Awantipora to honour the recently promoted Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) who have been elevated to the rank of Sub-Inspector (SI).
The promoted officers were decorated with their new ranks by the SSP Awantipora, who expressed his happiness and satisfaction over their well-deserved promotions. On the occasion, the SSP congratulated the officers and advised them to remain committed to their duties, uphold professionalism, and continue delivering better public service.
The newly promoted officers pledged to discharge their responsibilities with the same zeal, dedication, and enthusiasm. They also expressed their gratitude to the Police Department for conferring upon them the next rank and ensuring timely upgradation.
The ceremony was attended by other senior officers of the Police District, including Addl. SP Awantipora, SDPO Awantipora, DySP DAR Awantipora Incharge and Established Section DPO Awantipora, who also congratulated the promoted officers on their achievement.
