| SIIEDC, University of Jammu Organises Workshop on Goal Setting and Decision Making | |
Jammu, December 20 (Scoop News)- The Skill Incubation Innovation Entrepreneurship Development Centre (SIIEDC), University of Jammu, organised a one-day workshop on “Goal Setting and Decision Making” for the students of Design Your Degree at the University campus.
The workshop was organised under the guidance of Prof. Alka Sharma, Director, SIIEDC, and coordinated by Dr. Pallavi Sachdeva, University of Jammu. The session was conducted by Mrs. Neetu Dhar, who participated as the Expert Resource Person.
The workshop aimed at sensitising students about the importance of setting clear goals and making informed decisions in both academic and professional life. Through interactive discussions and practical insights, the session encouraged students to reflect on their aspirations, priorities, and personal growth.
Students actively participated in the workshop, engaging with the resource person and sharing their perspectives during the interactive session. The programme proved to be informative and motivating, helping students understand the relevance of self-awareness, planning, and decision-making skills in shaping their future careers.
The event was organised as part of SIIEDC’s ongoing efforts to promote skill development and holistic learning in line with the objectives of the Design Your Degree programme.
