| Adopt all indigenous products, make India self-reliant: Sanjita Dogra | |
Hiranagar, December 14 (Scoop News)- Jammu Kashmir BJP General Secretary and State Headquarters Incharge Sanjita Dogra said that every citizen of the country should give up foreign goods and adopt indigenous products while promoting local items. She said that it is the responsibility of all of us to take Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for a self-reliant India (Aatmanirbhar Bharat) to every household.
Dogra was addressing a large gathering of hundreds of people at a programme organized in Hiranagar under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan.
Among the leaders present with her on the occasion were Hiranagar MLA Vijay Sharma, BJP Kathua District President Updesh Andotra, District General Secretary Gagan Singh, and many other party workers.
This grand event was organized by the local MLA, Vijay Sharma, and people of the area in large participated with great enthusiasm.
In her address, Sanjita Dogra said that it is their resolve to convey to every citizen the message given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat campaign to promote local products. They are making people aware of the importance of “Har Ghar Swadeshi Ghar-Ghar Swadeshi” (Indigenous in every home). Adopting Swadeshi is not just a path to economic self-dependence, but a major national campaign in the interest of the nation.
She said that if all citizens prioritize indigenous goods, not only will the country’s economy become stronger, but local industries and entrepreneurs will also gain new energy. When we prioritize products made in our own country, the country’s wealth remains within the nation and local businesses are strengthened.
Expressing gratitude to all present, Sanjita Dogra said that such awareness campaigns will help the country move more firmly toward the goal of a self-reliant India.
Hiranagar MLA Vijay Sharma said that Aatmanirbhar Bharat is not just a slogan, it is a nationwide mass movement. He said that the use of local products not only creates new employment opportunities but also strengthens the rural economy. The government is running many schemes for this, and it is our responsibility to ensure that their benefits reach the people.
BJP Kathua District President Updesh Andotra said that adopting Swadeshi is the need of the hour. She said that every citizen must ensure their participation in this campaign.
On this occasion, an Aatmanirbhar Bharat pledge was also taken to adopt indigenous goods, and everyone supported it.
