| Mahila Morcha Leads Atmanirbhar Bharat Drive at Rehari Girls School | |
Jammu, December 09 (Scoop News)- The Bharatiya Janata Party Mahila Morcha, Jammu & Kashmir, organized a special awareness program on Atmanirbhar Bharat, followed by the patriotic #SwadeshiSankalp Pledge, at Girls Higher Secondary School, Rehari. The event was held under the leadership of Advocate Neha Mahajan, President, BJP Mahila Morcha J&K, who presided over the program.
The initiative focused on empowering young girls to embrace self-reliance, promote indigenous products, and actively participate in nation-building. Addressing the students, Advocate Neha Mahajan highlighted the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and underlined the vital role of women in advancing the mission of AatmaNirbhar Bharat.
The program was meticulously organised by Er. Urvashi Gupta, General Secretary, BJP Mahila Morcha J&K, who coordinated the event with enthusiasm and dedication. She motivated the students to build confidence, enhance skills, and move towards self-dependence in alignment with the government’s developmental vision.
As part of the event, students and participants took the Swadeshi Sankalp Pledge, resolving to prioritize Indian-made products, support local artisans and entrepreneurs, and strengthen the national economy through conscious and patriotic choices.
Prominent Mahila Morcha leaders Santosh Sharma, Sunita Raina, Poonam Gupta, Ritu Thakur, and Pooja Salgotra graced the occasion with their presence.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the school administration and the dedicated Mahila Morcha team for their support in making the initiative inspiring, impactful, and meaningful for the young students.
