| Ladakh Subordinate Services Staff Selection Board Conducts Training Session for Centre Supervisors, Invigilators | |
Agling, Leh,December 02 (Scoop News)-The Ladakh Subordinate Services Staff Selection Board (LSSSSB) today conducted a comprehensive training session for Centre Supervisors, Invigilators, and other examination functionaries engaged for the upcoming Matriculation Level Examination, scheduled for Sunday, 7th December 2025. The training was held at the Panchayat Resource Centre, Agling.
The session was briefed by Dr. Zahida Bano, JKAS, Secretary, LSSSSB, and conducted by Sh. Jigmet Angchuk, JKAS, Under Secretary, LSSSSB, who delivered a detailed orientation on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to be followed on the day of the examination. The training covered essential instructions relating to the examination timeline, centre-level coordination, the opening and distribution of question booklets, proper handling and sealing of OMR sheets, and the completion of all mandatory documentation, including attendance records, invigilators’ certificates, and required undertakings.
The officers also explained various troubleshooting measures, addressed queries raised by the participants, and clarified centre-level responsibilities to ensure a clear understanding of the protocols. Emphasis was laid on strict adherence to fairness, transparency, and confidentiality to ensure the smooth and incident-free conduct of the examination.
The LSSSSB reiterated its commitment to conducting the Matriculation Level Examination in a transparent, efficient, and accountable manner across all designated centres in Leh and Kargil.
