| Dr. Pardeep slams Congress “talent-hunt drama” | | says party crippled by leadership crisis and dynasty dependence | Jammu, November 30 (Scoop News)- J&K BJP Media Incharge Dr. Pardeep Mahotra launched a sharp and detailed attack on the Congress party, calling its newly announced open recruitment drive for the Media & Publicity Wing a “last-ditch attempt to hide an unprecedented leadership crisis that has engulfed the Congress from top to bottom across India.”
Dr. Pardeep said that while Congress is projecting this recruitment as a democratic step, the reality is far more troubling. For decades, the party has been structurally dependent on a single family for leadership, direction and decision-making, resulting in the complete erosion of internal democracy. “The Congress ecosystem has functioned like a hereditary enterprise. The top posts, key responsibilities, and public visibility remain reserved for one bloodline, while hundreds of deserving senior leaders are systematically sidelined,” he stated.
Dr. Pardeep Mahotra added that the Congress’s refusal to acknowledge its organizational failures, ideological inconsistencies, and continued reliance on dynasty politics has created a PAN-India leadership vacuum. The party has repeatedly launched, re-launched, and promoted the same family faces, despite public rejection, instead of nurturing credible leaders from its own grassroots ranks.
Dr. Pardeep highlighted that due to this deeply entrenched nepotism, even senior leaders with decades of experience have been rendered irrelevant. This has triggered a continuous exodus of talented and respected figures from the Congress, leaving behind a weakened structure incapable of genuine mass connect.
Dr. Pardeep further pointed out that Congress’s disconnect is not limited to organizational matters but extends to fundamental democratic values and the core ethos of Indian culture. “The Congress has consistently misread the aspirations of this great nation. Its approach often appears emotionally detached from the cultural consciousness, national pride, and civilizational identity of India. This dissonance has been repeatedly rejected by the people,” he said.
Calling the new “talent hunt” for media panelists and spokespersons a mere PR stunt, Dr. Pardeep said it is an attempt to artificially create political faces because the party’s internal leadership bench has collapsed.
Dr. Pardeep further said that the people of India trust the BJP because it is a performance-driven, nationalist, culturally rooted, and genuinely democratic party, where leadership is earned, not inherited.
