| DC Ganderbal Flags Off Pad Yatra (Unity March) Organised by My Bharat Ganderbal | | from Central University of Kashmir to Mata Kheer Bhawani Temple |
Ganderbal, October 31 (Scoop News)-My Bharat Ganderbal today organised a Pad Yatra (Unity March) from the Central University of Kashmir’s Main Campus to the Mata Kheer Bhawani Temple, Tullamulla, as part of the nationwide celebrations marking the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore, attended as the Chief Guest and formally flagged off the Unity March, which witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 800 students, youth volunteers, faculty members, and district officials.
Deputy Director My Bharat, Pradeep Kumar, was also present on the occasion, delivering a warm welcome address to the students and emphasising the role of youth in promoting unity and national harmony.
The Unity March aimed to reinforce the message of national integration, communal harmony, and collective civic responsibility, in observance of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas.
