BJP Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan launches Swachhta Abhiyaan at Manda | | Jammu, September 17 (Scoop News)-The Department of BJP Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, JKUT, today launched a Swachhta Abhiyaan in different parts of the Union Territory as part of the Sewa Pakhwara, which commenced on the 75th birthday of Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji.
As part of this initiative, a Shiv Vandana and Swachhta Abhiyaan was organized at the Prachin Hanumaan Ji Temple, Manda. The programme was coordinated by UT Incharge Er. Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal and UT Co-Incharge Er. T. K. Sharma. The campaign was especially focused on cleaning temples in view of the upcoming festive season.
Speaking on the occasion, Er. Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal said that BJP Jammu & Kashmir has launched a massive cleanliness drive as part of the Sewa Pakhwara beginning on the birthday of our beloved Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji. He highlighted that the initiative aims to spread awareness about cleanliness and hygiene across the Union Territory and the nation. He further emphasized that the Swachhta Abhiyaan is a nationwide campaign to promote sanitation and sustainable cleanliness.
Addressing the gathering, Er. T. K. Sharma, Co-Incharge of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan JKUT, said that Swachhta is the dream project of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji. He extended heartfelt congratulations to PM Modi on his 75th birthday and stated that, on this special day, BJP leaders and karyakartas across the country are actively participating in cleanliness drives. He also appealed to the general public to join hands in making the Union Territory cleaner, greener, and healthier, thereby fulfilling the vision of the Prime Minister.
On the occasion, Anu Rajesh Gupta also spoke and lauded the initiative of Prime Minister Modi Ji, stating that cleanliness is not just a campaign but a responsibility of every citizen. She appreciated the efforts of BJP JKUT leaders ER Dil Bahadur Singh nd Er TKSharma for taking this mission to every corner of the UT and encouraged the youth to come forward and actively participate in Swachhta drives. She said that by working together, people can create a sustainable and healthier environment for future generations.
