Kashmir youth expressing strong desire to strengthen BJP: Sanjita Dogra

Jammu, August 25 (Scoop News)-A wave of positive change in Kashmir in particular is clearly visible on ground and the desire of youth to join and strengthen BJP in valley is clear indication that there is vast change now.

Sanjita Dogra, General Secretary and Headquarters Incharge of the Jammu and Kashmir BJP, said this when a group of youth from Kashmir called on her at party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, in presence of party secretaries Reema Padha and Arun Sharma.

Led by Farah Khan, BJP Mahila Morcha former district president, Anantnag, these youth informed Sanjita Dogra that they want to work for BJP in valley and contribute in further strengthening it.

Sanjita Dogra, on this occasion, said that it is indeed the endorsement of the programmes and policies of the Modi government and Bharatiya Janata Party’s mission for peace, progress, and inclusive development in the region.

She highlighted the shift in the ground reality across the Kashmir Valley. There is a visible transformation in the mindset of youth in Kashmir. They are actively seeking opportunities for development, peace, and integration with the mainstream. Their growing support for the BJP is a testimony to their belief that only a peaceful environment can ensure lasting prosperity, she said.

Sanjita Dogra pointed out that the situation in the Valley has undergone a remarkable transformation. The days of frequent shutdowns, stone pelting, and fear are now a thing of the past. There are no more bandh calls or hartals. People are going about their daily lives fearlessly — markets are bustling, schools and colleges are functioning normally, and the tourism sector is witnessing a strong revival.

She emphasized that the normalcy has instilled a sense of safety and security among the people, especially the youth, who are now more focussing on education, employment, and entrepreneurship. “They are no longer looking towards disruptive and misguiding elements but towards the BJP, which they see as a vehicle of opportunity and stability", Dogra asserted.

She credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision and his Government’s sustained efforts for bringing peace and development to Jammu and Kashmir. It is because of the BJP-led government’s commitment to grassroots democracy, infrastructure development, and national integration that we are seeing such a profound change in the Valley.
