| Police arrests drug peddler in Shopian, recovers contraband substance from his possession | | Srinagar, May 17 (Scoop News)- A Police team from Police Post Reshnagri, at a checkpoint established at Pundhaan arrested a drug peddler identified as Aadil Ahmad Ahanger Son of Bashir Ahmad Ahanger resident of Muradpora Shopian. During search, 80 grams of Charas like substance was recovered from his possession.
Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 18/2025 under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Heerpora and investigation has been initiated.
