Srinagar/Jammu, April 22 (Scoop News)-Several tourists including two foreign nationals killed and many were injured in terrorist attack at Pahalgam in South Kashmir today.
Reports said that terrorists suddenly present at a prime tourist location Phalgam and started firing on tourists.
Two foreign nationals from UAE and Nepal were also killed in firing.
Anti-terror ops launched to neutralise terrorists. Entire nation is angry & blood of our forces is boiling. LG said that I want to assure the nation that perpetrators of Pahalgam attack will have to pay a very heavy price for their heinous act. My heartfelt condolences to bereaved families.
Condemning the terror attack on tourists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that those behind the heinous act will be brought to justice. Mr. Modi held a telephonic conversation with Union Home Minister Amit Shah following the terrorist attack, and directed him to take all necessary measures in response to the incident. Mr. Shah has left for Srinagar to hold an urgent security review meeting with all the agencies.

District Administration Srinagar today established round the clock Help Desk/ Emergency Control Room for the tourists in the Deputy Commissioner’s office Srinagar.
