BJP Rajouri Unit Holds Membership Training Workshop Led by Former Minister Priya Sethi | |
Rajouri, October 28 (Scoop News)-In a spirited push toward strengthening the party’s base, the BJP Rajouri Unit organized a Membership Training Workshop today. Senior BJP leader and former Minister Priya Sethi graced the event as the chief guest, leading an intensive session aimed at preparing party workers and leaders for the upcoming membership drive of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
In her address, Priya Sethi underscored the significance of the membership drive, scheduled for a formal launch on November 6, 2024, across state, district, and mandal levels. She encouraged party members to take a proactive approach, emphasizing the importance of reaching out to the community and conducting door-to-door membership efforts. “Our goal is to extend the party’s reach down to the Shakti Kendra and booth levels,” Sethi stated, urging attendees to ensure comprehensive participation across every unit and booth within the district.
Priya Sethi further highlighted that the membership drive is not merely about increasing numbers but about creating an empowered and informed base that represents the ideals of the BJP. “Every new member we bring into the fold is a testament to our shared commitment to nation-building and development. This drive is our opportunity to build lasting connections, to listen to people’s concerns, and to instill faith in our mission to uplift every citizen,” she asserted, calling upon leaders and workers alike to embrace this responsibility wholeheartedly.
Priya Sethi also took a moment to commend the dedication and hard work of BJP workers in the Rajouri District during the recent assembly elections. “Though we didn’t secure a victory, our vote share was exceptionally high, reflecting the trust and support of the people,” she stated. Sethi praised the efforts of every party member, urging them to carry this momentum forward into the membership drive, where every interaction strengthens BJP’s connection with the community.
Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali, former Cabinet Minister, emphasized the importance of grassroots engagement in strengthening the BJP’s foundation. “The success of our membership drive will lie in the hands of dedicated workers who connect directly with people at every level. This drive is an opportunity to showcase BJP’s vision for development and inclusivity,” Ali remarked, urging attendees to work with commitment.
Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali, addressing the gathering, criticized the National Conference for spreading “fake and false propaganda” and accused the party of sowing seeds of communalism in Jammu and Kashmir. “Our focus is on unity and development, while certain parties continue to mislead and divide the people. The BJP stands firm against such divisive tactics and remains committed to fostering peace and progress across all communities,” Ali asserted, urging party members to counter misinformation with truth and resilience.
Adding to the sentiment, Senior BJP leader and DDC Darhal, Mohd Iqbal Malik, highlighted the need for unity and perseverance. “This membership drive is more than a campaign; it is our chance to reinforce BJP’s principles and to strengthen our bond with the community. Every new member strengthens our collective resolve for progress,” Malik said.
Senior BJP leader and Parbhari Rajouri District Jugal Dogra addressed the workers and urged them to work hard to make this membership drive successful.
Senior BJP leader and DDC ThannaMandi also addressed the workers in the meeting.
