Shahnaz Parveen Makes History at 8th Asian Taekwondo Poomsae Championship in Vietnam | | Kargil,May 19 (Scoop News)-Shahnaz Parveen from Sankoo, Kargil, UT Ladakh, has made a historic mark at the 8th Asian Taekwondo Poomsae Championship held in Vietnam. Shahnaz showcased her exceptional skills and determination, winning her semifinal match in the Team Under 30 Female category and making history by qualifying for the final round. She secured an impressive 8th place in the finals in group women under 30 category.
The Secretary of the District Kargil Olympic Association Syed Mehraj Uddin Shah extended his heartfelt congratulations to Shahnaz for her outstanding achievement. He remarked that her success is a proud moment for the entire region. He also expressed gratitude to India Taekwondo for their exceptional support and for providing Shahnaz the platform to compete internationally.
