| Kargil Vijay Diwas: NCC cadets of GCW Parade present greetings to brave soldiers | |
Jammu, July 30 (Scoop News)-NCC cadets of GCW Parade Ground prepared a number of greeting cards for presenting these to the brave soldiers on the auspicious day of Kargil Vijay Diwas.
This year the cadets of the College had decided to celebrate the day with the armed forces and felicitate them.
The cadets, under the guidance of ANO Lt Suman Lata and senior cadets SUO Anidhi Devi and SUO Sheetal Bhat, visited 4 Grenadiers at Sunjawan Military station to greet the soldiers. Cadets were welcomed there and given refreshments and they interacted with 2 IC of the unit.
Later, the cadets were taken to the statue of PVC holder of 4th Grenadiers and provided an opportunity to meet with the brave soldiers of nation. The cadets presented greeting to the soldiers and thanked them for all the sacrifices they are making to protect the people of the Nation.
The 2 IC of the unit thanked the cadets for visiting them and for those beautiful handmade greetings.
