Nadda launches National Health Volunteer Campaign
J&K BJP to train 4000 Health Volunteers: Dr. Manyal


Jammu, July 30 (Scoop News)-Jammu and Kashmir BJP, General Secretary & former Minister, Dr. Devinder Manyal, who attended 1-day workshop after launching of National Health Volunteer Campaign at New Delhi, informed that the J&K unit of BJP has been given the task to train 4000 activists of the party as Health Volunteers to assist the health system in view of the expected 3rd wave of COVID-19.
The campaign was launched by BJP National President J.P. Nadda, in presence of National General Secretaries, Tarun Chugh and Dr. D. Purandeshwari and National Joint General Secretary (Org.) Shiv Prakash and had the participation of party’s prominent leaders from across the country. From J&K, besides Dr. Devinder Manyal, this workshop was attended by Secretaries Arvind Gupta and Dr. Farida Khan, All Morchas Incharge Munish Sharma and IT Cell Incharge Ishant Gupta. They have been given the assignment as Co-Incharges and IT Incharge respectively in the newly launched Health Volunteer Campain.
Tarun Chugh has been nominated as All India Incharge for the campaign. National President of BJP J.P. Nadda, on the launching of the National Health Volunteer Campaign, said that the party has decided to involve party activists in every State & UT to stand ready for helping the Health System of their respective areas, besides going to the people and do whatever is possible in case of the 3rd wave of COVID-19. He said that in one of the largest exercise by any political party, the BJP is going to organize training workshops at State/UT, District, Mandal and Booth levels to train lakhs of its activists to act as Corona Warriors in times of the pandemic arising out of the expected attack of COVID-19.
He asked the Incharges and Co-Incharges to organize workshops at District level on 7th August at Mandal level by 16th August across the Country.
