| Jagmohan, Rajinder bereaved, mother expires after cardiac arrest | | cremation performed a day later |
Jammu, June 7, (Scoop News)-Narinder Kour mother of prominent Sikh leader and chairman of All Party Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC), Jagmohan Singh Raina after suffering a massive cardiac arrest on Thursday morning, family sources said on Friday.
She was 89 years old and is survived by three sons and a daughter, Rajinder Singh, one of three sons, retired as Director Doordarshan, Leh (Ladakh).
According to family sources, the cremation of the departed soul will take place on Friday at Shastri Nagar crematorium.
Born at Singhpora Kalan near Baramulla, her brother Sewa Singh was an academician, author and social reformer who also expired a few weeks back.... |
