Kargil, September 14 (Scoop News)-Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC, Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today inaugurated the newly constructed guest house of the Public Works Department (PWD) at Pipiting, Zanskar. The guest house, built under the State Sector scheme, has been completed at an estimated cost of Rs 3 crore.
In addition to the inauguration, Dr. Akhoon laid the foundation stone for the upgradation and beautification of Khar Yokma Zangla in Zanskar. The project, with an estimated budget of Rs 3.5 crore, is being developed under the District Capex Plan.

Leh, September 14 (Scoop News)-The Additional District Development Commissioner Leh, chaired a meeting to review the Aadhar penetration and usage of Aadhar for good governance today on September 14 at VC Room, DC Office, Leh.
During the meeting, Assistant Manager UIDAI Ladakh Taief Mir, briefed about the active Aadhar Centers and its saturation status in Leh district.
