Kargil, June 28 (Scoop News)- The Health Department, Kargil, successfully organized the Pulse Polio Programme as part of its continued efforts to ensure complete immunization coverage and sustain the district’s contribution to the country’s polio-free status.

Khaltse, June 28 (Scoop News)- The Pulse Polio Immunisation Programme for children between 0 to 5 years was successfully conducted across Sham district today.
Deputy Commissioner Sham, Smt. Kunzes Angmo (JKAS) along with Block Medical Officer (BMO) Khaltse Dr. Javed Ahmed formally inaugurated the programme by administering polio drops to a child and urged parents to ensure that every eligible child receives the vaccine for a polio-free society.
