Leh, April 30 (Scoop News)-The Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh organized a farewell ceremony at the Civil Secretariat, Leh, to bid adieu to the outgoing Commissioner/Secretary, Dr. Vasanthakumar Namasivayam. The event marked his voluntary retirement from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). Dr. Vasanthakumar belongs to the 2004 batch of the AGMUT cadre.
