Jammu, March 10 (Scoop News)- District Magistrate Jammu Rakesh Minhas, in exercise of the powers vested under Section 163 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), has banned transportation of Bovine animals such as Cow, Buffalo, Oxen, Bulls, Calves etc from District Jammu to other Districts, except with written permission from District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate Jammu under certain conditions imposed by this office from time to time.
