| King Lalitaditya and Shriya Bhat remembered at Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra Jammu | |
Jammu, March 19, (Scoop News)-Sanjeevni Sharda Kendra Anand Nagar Borhi organized a simple but impressive function on the occasion of Navreh the Hindu Nav Varsh which coinced with the Tyag Divas of Shriya Bhat and Vijay Divas of King Lalitaditya.

The occasion was celebrated as SHOURYA and TYAG DIVAS to recall the greatest King of Kashmir King Lalitaditya who ruled Kashmir in 8th century and extended his empire far and extending upto Tibet on side and the shores of Karnataka on the other.
His era is marked as the Golden Age in the history of Hindu rulers of Kashmir.
The renowned physician of Kashmiri Shriya Bhat of 15th century who cured an ailing emperor of some mysterious disease and in return asked for dignified rehabilitation if Kashmiri Hindus besides reconstruction of their damaged places of worship.
On the occasion Prof Sundeep Pandita and Shiben Khybari an eminent writer spoke about these icons of Kashmiri Hindu Samaj.
The programme witnessed a brilliant performance by Master Daksha Bhat, Anjali and Himaunshu Pandita.Who enthralled the audience by their voice.
Matri Shakti unit of SSK also presented bhajan to invoke the blessings of Maa Durga. D N Raina Secretry SSK welcomed the guests while Upinder Chatta conducted proceedings.
