Governor, CM,Dy CM, Ministers condole Ali Muhammad Naik’s demise
Jammu,/Srinagar, April 22, (Scoop News)-On learning about the demise of Sh. Ali Mohammad Naik, veteran National Conference leader, former Minister and Speaker of the J&K Legislative Assembly, Governor N.N. Vohra in a condolencemessage, has conveyed his sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has condoled the demise of veteran politician, former Minister and Speaker of Legislative Assembly, Ali Muhammad Naik who breathed his last yesterday evening.
Recalling the contribution of Mr. Naik in the social and political awakening of the people, Mehbooba Mufti said the void created by the death of late leader would be difficult to fill. "Throughout his life Naik sahib worked selflessly for the welfare of his people and we need to emulate this spirit”, the Chief Minister said.
The Chief Minister prayed for peace to the departed soul. She has also extended her condolences to the bereaved family of Mr. Naik.
Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh today expressed grief and sorrow over death of Ali Mohammad Naik, veteran National Conference leader, former Minister and Speaker of the J&K Legislative Assembly.
In a condolence message, the Dy CM has conveyed his sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.

Minister for Revenue, Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Abdul Rehman Veeri today expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of former Assembly Speaker and National Conference leader Ali Muhammad Naik of Tral.
Veeri expressed his sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul.

Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura and Minister of State for Forest, Environment, Animal & Sheep Husbandry, Fisheries and Cooperative Mir Zahoor Ahmad today expressed condolences over sad demise of veteran political activist, former minister and MP, Ali Mohammad Naik who passed away at his Srinagar residence, Friday evening.
In their separate condolence messages, Hanjura and Mir Zahoor described him as a great soul who was down to earth and was committed for welfare of people in the State especially the Tral area.
The Ministers expressed sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
