| PDP felicitates people on the eve of Meraj-I-Alam | |
Srinagar, May 04 (Scoop News)- Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today facilitated the people of Jammu & Kashmir on Shab-i- Meraj to be celebrated tomorrow.
In a massage of greetings PDP president Ms Mehbooba Mufti hoped that this auspicious occasion would further strengthen the bonds of amity , harmony and brotherhood and be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the state. She also highlighted the principals of Islam and teachings of Prophet Mohammad (SAW) as the grant greatest apostles of the Almighty pertaining to human service and welfare of the poor and needy.
Party General Secretaries Mohammad Sartaj Madni and Nizamudin Bhat while felicitating the people described this day as a sacred occasion for seeking God’s blessings and forgiveness. They said this day also remind us all of the hard struggle that Prophet Mohammad (SAW) launched for the good of humanity and how he ascended the heights of glory as a result.
