Hanjura for realizing Mufti Sayeed’s vision of peaceful, prosperous JK
Work on Receiving Station Chradipora will start soon:Minister
Srinagar, May 03 (Scoop News)- Minister for Agriculture Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura has said that the vision of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed regarding peace and development in Jammu and Kashmir will be carried forward by the present Government.
This was stated by the Minister while addressing series of public meetings at Kanir and Chradipora villages of Chrar-e-Sharief Constituency today.
The Minister said that the Government is committed for development of all three regions and the sub regions of the State.
Referring to the developmental works under execution in Chrar-e-Sharief Constituency, the Minister said that the construction work on various water supply schemes (WSSs) including WSS Kanidajan, Asthanpur, Chripore and Check Karpora is apace and said that on completion of these schemes, it will minimize the scarcity of drinking water facilities in the area. He announced Rs 2 lakh out of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for Computer Lab for Government High School, Chradipore. Hanjura directed the R&B department to start construction work on fencing of the School.
The Minister also announced that the construction work on Receiving Station, Chradipore will be started soon. He also said that Rs 1.60 crore have already been released for construction and up-gradation of Zinpachal-Gutlipur road and work on the project will be started soon.
During his tour, several deputations met the Minister and apprised him about their problems including widening of Phakharpora-Pulwama road, construction of fencing on graveyard of Chradipora, opening of Agriculture and Horticulture Centres. The Minister gave them patient hearing and assured them that their genuine demands would be looked into on priority. He also gave on-the-spot directions to the concerned for immediate redressal various public issues.
