| Power shutdown in Jammu | |
Jammu, October 8,(Scoop News)-For preventive maintenance/branch cutting in view of upcoming Navratras for providing smooth supply of power, the shutdown of 33 KV lines is allowed.
During the shutdown period, the power supply to 33 KV Dharmari Sarh Bagga shall remain affected from October 11 to October 12, 2015 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 33 KV Reasi-Dharmari Tab from October 9 to October 11 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., 33 KV Railway Line from October 9 to October 12 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 33 KV Rasi-Pouni Ransoo Tap line from October 10 to October11 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Meanwhile, in order to carry out the constructional works under R-APDRP Scheme, there shall be power shut down in different areas of Jammu city. However in view of Dusshera and Ashoora/Moharram which are falling on 22nd October and 24th October respectively, no power shut down is allowed.
During the shutdown period, the power supply to Doordarshan Lane, Lakad Mandi, Bhawani Nagar, Janipur Colony shall remain affected from October 12 toOctober 20, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Also, the power supply to 2.5 Marlas Quarter Bhawani Nagar, PHE Complex, Ram Sharnam Ashram,near house of Ganga Parshad, Satnam Park shall remain affected from October 12 to October 25, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
