| Amitabh Mattoo grieved over Rana’s demise | | Srinagar, September 3 (Scoop News)-Advisor to Chief Minister, Prof. Amitabh Mattoo has expressed shock and grief over the demise of Mahmood Rana, a former KAS officer and brother of MLA Mendhar, Javed Ahmad Rana and former Vice Chancellor, BGSB University, Masud Chaudhary.
In his condolence message to Rana and Chaudhary, Prof. Mattoo conveyed his heartfelt condolences and prayed for the bereaved to bear with the irreparable loss.
He also prayed for peace to the departed soul.
