| Jugal thanks voters for support to BJP | | 
Jammu, December 24, (Scoop News)-While addressing press conference at Jammu on Wednesday, BJP State President & MP Jugal Kishore Sharma, expressed thanks to the voters of the state for having reposed faith in the party and given unprecedented and historic support in the recent assembly elections. He said that not only in Jammu region but in Kashmir valley and Ladakh region, people have voted for BJP. The vote percentage in the valley and Ladakh has also registered a significant increase and which goes to show that acceptability of BJP is now in the entire state.
Sharma said that BJP’s agenda included good governance, welfare of all and appeasement of none, equal treatment of all the three regions of the state, getting rid of corruption, favoritism, and mis-governance etc and the people of the state have reposed full faith in it. The issues which the party took to the people have found resonance with the people and have voted for it, signaling their acceptance of the party’s agenda and its program of development for the state.
Jugal Kishore further said that BJP will pursue and work for the issues that it had raised during the elections. He added that these issues raised by the party in elections shall remain raison d'être for the party’s existence. The BJP being mindful of public support and trust reposed in it, shall continue its people friendly political activities and remain accessible to public. He assured the public that the BJP’s endeavor would be to carry whole of the public with it.
BJP State Spokesperson & Election Media Incharge Arun Kumar Gupta, State Spokesperson & State Press Secretary Balbir Ram Rattan and Jammu District Vice President Vikram Randhawa were also present in the press conference.
