| Lostand Foundation to provide Kushok Bakula Scholarship at Yale(USA) | | 
Leh, March 25, (Scoop News)- In honour of the 19th Kushok Bakula Rinpoche, the Lostand Foundation as a gift has created the Kushok Bakula Rimpoche Scholarship Fund, which will provide financial support to those graduate students who are interested in pursuing master’s degree at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies and who come from the Himalayan Buddhist Region, stretching from Bhutan, Nepal, and northern India, over the Himalayas and across the high plateaus of Asia to Mongolia, Buryatia and beyond (the “ Himalayan Buddhist Region”). The scholarship has a current value of $ 5,000.

The Kushok Bakula Rimpoche Scholarship Fund was created in 2013 with a gift from the Lostand Foundation in honour of the 19th Kushyok Bakula Rimpoche, whose 10-year anniversary of his death was observed on November 4, 2013.
