| Ladakh Scouts celebrating its Golden Jubilee next year | | Leh,December 29 (Scoop News) –The Ladakh Scouts Regiment is celebrating its Golden Jubilee next year and in this connection, the NDTV India (Hindi Channel) is airing a special program titled “ Wattan Ke Rakhwaley” today at 9.30 PM highlighting the glorious contributions of Ladakh Scout Regiments in safeguarding the motherland since from India’s independence.
This special program on Ladakh Scouts Regiment is also scheduled to be telecast tomorrow at 7.30 am and 2.30 pm on NDTV India (Hindi Channel) .
In this context, the Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Leh Rigzin Spalbar extended his appreciations to the NDTV India for telecasting a special coverage on the supreme records and achievements of Ladakh Scouts Regiment that has the credit of achieving highest gallantry awards and medals in the history of Indian Army.
Mr. Spalbar said that such reporting on the unparalleled creditability and commendable service of Ladakh Scouts would play a major role not only in further boosting the courage of Jawans but would be a true tribute to the spirit of their nationalism also.
In the meantime, the CEC on the eve of Golden Jubilee year of Ladakh Scouts Regiment also conveyed his greetings to all the officers and Jawans terming Ladakh Scouts Regiments as the pride of Ladakh. The CEC also appealed the general public for maximum participation in the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Ladakh Scouts Regiment next year.
