| KPL postponed for future due the wet weather conditions | | Srinagar, May 18(Scoop News) – In the ongoing Kashmir Premier League (Chinar Cup), today most of the matches could not be played and hence got postponed for future due the wet weather conditions. However few matches took place at District Kupwara and Budgam. One match was played between Drugmullah Dare Devils and Karnah Knight Riders at district Kupwara. After winning the toss KKR decided to bat first and scored 93 runs on the loss of 9 wickets in allotted 20 overs. Dragmullah Dare Devils after making a fast start won the match by 5 wickets in mere 13 overs. Feroz Ahmad of DDD was declared man of the match. Another two matches of the cup were played at district Budgam in the Sports Stadium of the District. First match was played between the teams of Rangraith Royals and Budgam. It was a 15 over match. Rangarith Royals after winning the toss chose to bat and made a decent score of 127 runs on the loss of 3 wickets. Team of Budgam played a tactful inning at chased the target in mere 13 overs. Bilal Ahmad of Budgam team was declared man of the match. In another contest at district Budgam. Match was played between Rangraith and Chadoora Tigers. Team of Rangraith after winning the toss chose to bat and made a winning score of 124 runs in allotted 20 overs. Chadoora Tigers got all out on the score of 79. Reyaz Ahmad was declared man of the match.
