| DDC holds public darbars at Daidni, Marmat | |
DODA/Jammu, May 18 (Scoop News) – District Development Commissioner, Doda Farooq Ahmed Khan visited Daidni Top of Marmat Block and convened first ever Public Darbar at Daidni and Sarsi.
Chief Planning Officer, Dr. Yassir Balwan, Executive Engineer PHE Division, Executive Engineer PDD Division Doda besides other District and Sectoral Officers accompanied the DDC during the visit.
Various demands were projected by the Sarpanches and Panches on the occasion which included Electrification of un-electrified areas, road for Sarsi and Humble Goha, establishment of ration sale depot at Daidni, augmentation of existing water supply schemes, drinking water supply at old Durga Mata temple, healthcare centre at Daidni besides various other issues were also raised on the occasion.
The DDC issued on spot directions to the concerned officers to mitigate the grievances of the people in a shortest possible time.
The DDC visited Daidni Top (Padri) and Durga Mata Temple and met with the management committee of the temple. She also visited Sarsi area and convened a Public darbar.
