Srinagar, November 03 (Scoop News)-SSP Kulgam, chaired a review meeting at District Police Office Kulgam regarding pending inquest proceedings and old backlog cases.
During the meeting, SSP Kulgam reviewed the status of pending matters and directed the officers concerned to ensure their thorough examination and time-bound completion strictly on merits and in accordance with established legal procedures.
He stressed the need for accountability, effective monitoring and expeditious disposal of pending cases while ensuring fairness and adherence to due process of law.
The meeting was attended by ASP NHW Qazigund, supervisory officers, Sr. PO DPO Kulgam, SHOs, IOs, and other police officers and officials.
