Ravinder Sharma Ex-MLC joins NRHM employees dharna at Sunderbani

Sunderbani, September 11 (Scoop News)- Former MLC and Chief Spokesperson JKPCC Mr Ravinder Sharma today joined the NRHM employees dharna at Sunderbani to express support and solidarity to them for their genuine demands.

Accompanied by a team of party leaders,Mr Sharma extended full support to the demands of agitating NRHM employees regarding regularization, equal pay equal work and social security benefits etc and urged the government to resolve their issues without delay in a time bound manner.

Mr Sharma demanded that NRHM was launched by UPA government headed by Dr Manmohan Singh ji and this scheme has become the backbone of entire health sector in Jammu and Kashmir. The NRHM employees are rendering equal services with dedication and they risked their lives during Covid - 19 and their services should be recognized by giving them necessary benefits of services.
NRHM employees have been rendering the services for more than 15 years, so should be given all benefits including financial benefits. The centre government should extend full financial support to the UT government to fulfil the genuine issues and demands.

Mr Sharma asked the representatives to raise their voice forcefully in the intrests of Justice and uninterrupted health services.
Mr Ravinder Sharma has also voiced his support to the uprooted shopkeepers and other daily earners on Kalidhar Mandir road and demanded their rehabilitation policy on the Sungal Tunnel road.He said that the Centre government and BRO authorities should frame a policy for their rehabilitation.
