| M.K. Rana Criticizes BJP MLA for Ignoring Local Demands in Panchayat Amb | |
Jammu, July 31 (KIP)-Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Joint Secretary, Central Zone, M.K. Rana, today criticized the local BJP MLA for allegedly ignoring the long-pending demands of the people of Panchayat Amb, Block Bhalwal, particularly the construction of lanes and drains, which has caused severe inconvenience during the monsoon season.
Addressing a public meeting at Panchayat Amb, Block Bhalwal in the Nagrota Constituency, M.K. Rana emphasized that the Omar Abdullah-led Government is committed to addressing the genuine grievances of the people of J& K and ensuring that essential public works are completed on priority.
Rana said that due to the absence of proper lanes and drains, rainwater enters residential houses during the monsoon, creating serious hardships for local residents. He assured the people that their demands would be taken up with the concerned minister and expressed confidence that the genuine issues would be resolved within the coming days.
He reiterated that the National Conference remains committed to serving the people and ensuring the timely development of every area, especially those facing basic infrastructure challenges.
