J&K Police attaches property worth ₹1.63 crore in Kulgam

Srinagar, July 17 (Scoop News)-Continuing its crackdown against drug trafficking under the ongoing 100 Days Nasha Mukt Campaign, J&K Police in coordination with the Revenue Department, attached a two-storeyed residential house worth approximately ₹1.63 crore belonging to Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat son of Gh. Nabi Bhat resident of Tantarypora, under the relevant provisions of law pursuant to the orders of the competent authority.

The accused is involved in four NDPS cases, namely FIR No. 79/2010 of PS Shopian, FIR No. 110/2016 of PS Yaripora, FIR No. 184/2022 of PS Shopian, and FIR No. 47/2025 of PS Yaripora, respectively.

Police reaffirmed its commitment to dismantling the financial infrastructure of drug traffickers and taking strict action against those involved in narcotics-related activities, while urging the public to continue supporting the police by sharing information about drug-related offences.
