| 540 Agniveers Pass Out, Parents Proud of Sons Joining Indian Army | | 
Srinagar, May 30(Scoop News)-In a splendid display of military precision, discipline and patriotism, 540 Agniveers of the Seventh Batch successfully passed out from the Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry Regimental Centre in an impressive attestation and Passing Out Parade conducted at Srinagar today. Set against the majestic backdrop of the Kashmir Valley, the Parade marked the transformation the youth into proud Soldiers ready to serve the Nation with honour and dedication.
The parade was reviewed by General Officer Commanding, White Knight Corps, who complemented the Agniveers on their immaculate turnout, synchronised drill and high standards of military bearing. The ceremony witnessed the presence of senior military officials, Civil dignitaries and proud family members whose presence added warmth and emotion to the grand military occasion.
Months of rigorous physical training, tactical instructions and character building culminated in the solemn attestation ceremony ‘Symbolising the Agniveer’s unwavering commitment to the ideals of duty, courage and selfless service. The Passing Out Parade reflected the professional excellence and rich military traditions upheld by the Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry Regimental Centre.
Addressing the newly attested soldiers General Officer Commanding, White Knight Corps exhorted them to uphold the finest traditions of the Indian Army and remain steadfast in the service of the Nation. He praised the Agniveers for their determination, resilience and sense of purpose displayed throughout their demanding training journey. He also commended the training staff and instructors for their tireless efforts in moulding the young Agniveers into disciplined and combat – ready soldiers.
In a touching gesture, the dignitaries gracing the parade collectively presented the proud parents with ‘Gaurav Padak’, honouring their unspoken sacrifice and the gift of their sons to the service of the Nation.
The parade reached an emotional crescendo as the young soldiers took their Oath of allegiance and march passed with confidence and pride. As the Tricolor fluttered high above the parade ground and the final salute echoed across the parade ground, the ceremony stood as a powerful reaffirmation of the spirit of patriotism and the enduring commitment of the youth towards the Unity, Integrity and Security of the Nation.
