| ASSOCHAM J&K Announces 6th Edition of Women Achievers’ Awards – 2026 | |
Jammu, February 24 (Scoop News)-ASSOCHAM J&K Council proudly announces the 6th Edition of ASSOCHAM J&K Women Achievers’ Awards – 2026, scheduled to be held on 10th March 2026 on the occasion of International Women’s Day at Radisson Blu Hotel Jammu.
The event is supported by the Department of Industries & Commerce, Jammu & Kashmir.
Over the years, the Women Achievers’ Awards has emerged as one of the most prestigious platforms in Jammu & Kashmir to recognize and celebrate the exceptional contributions of women across diverse sectors. This year, nominations are invited in six categories: Manufacturing, Education, Beauty & Wellness, Startup & Innovation, Retail & Media.
The initiative aims to promote women-led development and strengthen the ecosystem for women entrepreneurs and professionals in the Union Territory. The awards seek to identify and honour women who have demonstrated excellence, leadership, innovation, and resilience in their respective fields.
Speaking about the upcoming edition, Manik Batra, Chairman, ASSOCHAM J&K Council, stated that the platform reflects ASSOCHAM’s continued commitment towards empowering women and encouraging their greater participation in trade, industry, and economic development of Jammu & Kashmir.
Bhupesh Gupta, Co-Chairman, ASSOCHAM J&K Council, emphasized that women entrepreneurs are playing a transformative role in shaping the economic landscape of the region, and such initiatives help inspire the next generation of leaders.
The event is expected to witness participation from senior government dignitaries, industry leaders, financial institutions, policymakers, and prominent women entrepreneurs from across Jammu & Kashmir.
