| Ashok Koul reviews party programmes, | | stresses ideological commitment ahead of Samarpan Diwas |
Jammu, February 04 (Scoop News)-BJP Jammu & Kashmir General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul chaired a comprehensive organizational review meeting at the party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, to assess the implementation and outreach of various party programmes across the Union Territory. He was accompanied by BJP J&K General Secretaries Sanjita Dogra, Baldev Singh Billawaria, and Gopal Mahajan.
The meeting witnessed the participation of senior party leaders, who presented detailed feedback on organizational activities and mass outreach initiatives being undertaken at different levels. The deliberations focused on evaluating the effectiveness of programmes aimed at strengthening the party’s connect with the people and reinforcing its organizational structure.
Addressing the meeting, Ashok Koul sought detailed reporting on conventions, press conferences, public choupals, Assembly Sammelans, and specialized outreach programmes including Yuva, Kissan, and Mahila Sammelans, organized under the Union Budget 2026 Janjagran Abhiyan, VB GRAM G, and other party initiatives. He emphasized that every programme should reflect discipline, clarity of purpose, and ideological commitment.
Koul stated that BJP’s strength lies in its well-structured organization and tireless cadre, and stressed the need for continuous engagement with the people to communicate the party’s vision of development, good governance, and inclusive growth. He directed party leaders to ensure that feedback from the grassroots is effectively incorporated into future planning.
Ashok Koul led detailed discussions on the upcoming Samarpan Diwas on 11th February, to be observed on the Punyatithi of party ideologue Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. He urged party leaders to ensure that the ideological teachings and philosophy of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay reach every activist, thereby strengthening the spirit of dedication, service, and organizational unity within the cadre.
Sanjita Dogra called for a coordinated effort by the party leadership to reaffirm the BJP’s resolve to work with dedication, discipline, and ideological clarity to serve the people of Jammu & Kashmir.
Baldev Singh Billawaria emphasized effective public engagement to convey the pro-people aspects of the Union Budget. He underlined the need to further strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
Gopal Mahajan highlighted the importance of structured outreach programmes to empower women and strengthen their participation in party activities.
