| SDM Khaltse Holds Preparatory Meeting for 77th Republic Day Celebrations | |
Khaltse, January 15 (Scoop News)-The Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Khaltse, Mohd Sharif, today chaired a preparatory meeting with officers of various departments of Sub-Division Khaltse at the Administrative Conference Hall, Khaltse, to review arrangements for the celebration of the 77th Republic Day, 2026.
During the meeting, detailed deliberations were held on key aspects of the forthcoming celebrations, including finalization of the venue, seating arrangements, decorations, cultural programmes, parade arrangements, issuance of invitation cards, parking facilities, and transportation logistics.
The SDM emphasized the importance of effective inter-departmental coordination and directed all concerned departments to work in close cooperation to ensure the smooth, orderly, and peaceful conduct of the Republic Day celebrations.
The meeting was attended by all officers of the Sub-Division, including Naib Tehsildars—Asgar Ali (Khaltse), Abdul Samad (Skurbuchan), Phuntsog Namgail (Wanla), and Mohd Iqbal (Temisgam); Block Medical Officer Khaltse, Dr. Shamim Ahmad; Station House Officer Khaltse, Jamyang Namgail; CDPO Khaltse, Shakila Bano; Assistant Executive Engineer, R&B Khaltse, Anwar Khan; Assistant Executive Engineer I&FC, Mohd Abdullah; Block Development Officer Khaltse, Pankaj Rajput; Block Veterinary Officer Khaltse, Dr. Zakir Hussain; I/c Principal, Government Higher Secondary School Khaltse, Tsewang Dorjai; Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Khaltse, Tsering Murup; Tehsil Supply Officer Khaltse, Afzal Khan; Lecturer Higher Secondary School, Skurbuchan, Tundup Namgail; Junior Engineer, PDD Khaltse, Mustafa Kamal; Junior Engineers PHE Asif Mirza and Jigmat Chotak; Junior Engineer PMGSY, Stanzin Namgail; Junior Engineer RDD Singaylalok block, Stanzin Dolker; Account Assistant Treasury office Khaltse, Stanzin Tashi along with representatives from other departments of Sub-Division Khaltse.
On the same day, the SDM Khaltse also chaired another meeting with all concerned officers of Sub-Division Khaltse to review the decisions taken during the “Memangs-Si-Rjabstok” campaign launched in the villages of the Sub-Division. He reviewed the tour note points of each department and assessed the progress of actions to be undertaken by the respective departments.
