| ADC Kargil Conducts Surprise Inspection of Government Offices | | Emphasizes Punctuality and Public Service |
Kargil, January 07 (Scoop News)- Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kargil, Imteeaz Kacho, today conducted surprise inspections of offices of various government departments to monitor staff attendance and evaluate the efficiency of public service delivery. During the tour, the ADC visited the Office of Chief Education Office, the Department of Cooperatives and the Office of Tehsildar, Kargil.
The ADC scrutinized attendance registers and checked took stock of sanctioned leaves. Late comers were reprimanded on the spot with the ADC issuing a firm reminder regarding the importance of workplace discipline.
Kacho engaged with staff to ensure that public grievances and departmental works are being addressed without unnecessary delays.
The ADC instructed all department heads to ensure 100% punctuality, directing staff to reach office and start working by or before 10.00 a.m. and remain available during office hours until the close of the business day to serve the public efficiently.
"The public should not suffer at any cost," ADC Kacho stated. "Providing prompt and efficient service must remain the primary objective of every government official."
He further warned that these surprise inspections will continue across various departments, both in the morning and afternoon sessions, in order to maintain high standards of administrative transparency and accountability.
