Srinagar, January 01 (Scoop News)- Police in Ganderbal have issued an important public advisory informing citizens that, as per the directions of the District Magistrate, Ganderbal, the use of Virtual Private Network (VPN) Services has been temporarily restricted across the district with immediate effect.
The decision has been taken as a precautionary and preventive measure in the interest of public safety, cyber security, and maintenance of law and order. The restriction aims to prevent any potential misuse of VPN services that could obstruct lawful monitoring mechanisms or pose risks to overall security.
