| Trikuta Group of Colleges Organizes 10th Blood Donation Camp | | in Memory of Founder Chairman Late Dr. Roop Lal Sharma | 
Jammu,December 09 (Scoop News)- Trikuta Group of Colleges, Jammu, organized 10th Blood Donation Camp to mark the birth anniversary of its Founder Chairman, Late Dr. Roop Lal Sharma. The event was held to pay respect to his inspiring leadership and his lifelong dedication toward social service and humanitarian work.
The camp was formally inaugurated by Mr. Satish Sharma Hon’ble Cabinet Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Transport, Science and Technology, Information Technology, Youth Services and Sports and ARI and Training Departments. His presence brought great encouragement to the organizers and volunteers, and he praised the colleges for carrying out such initiatives that serve the society at large. More than 100 volunteers came forward to donate blood. These included teaching and non-teaching staff, students, post-graduate scholars, and interns.
During the event, Mrs. Suman Sharma, Chairperson of Shri Sain Charitable Trust, addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of voluntary blood donation. During the occasion the Managing Directors of the Trust, Mr. Ritesh Sharma and Mr. Ravish Sharma, as well as the CEOs of the Trust Dr. Nitin Mahajan, Mrs. Japna Sharma, and Mrs. Jasudha Sharma along with Principals of the different colleges were also present.
The blood donation camp was successfully organized in association with Jammu Blood Centre (Greater Kailash), Blood Bank – BEE ENN General Hospital Jammu, and the Jammu Blood Donors and Welfare Society (NGO). The event ended with a strong message of gratitude and hope. It once again represented the commitment of Trikuta Group of Colleges to serving society and promoting community welfare.
